We are able to provide a wide range of IT Support packages to suit your individual requirements, for example:
 
  • One off visit to perform an Audit of your IT equipment and recommend how it can be improved.
  • Short term visit(s) to assist with a new installation of equipment or to assist your existing IT support to catch up with a backlog of work.
  • Regular support to carry out routine IT tasks, the frequency of these visits is entirley up to you.
Our pricing structure for IT Support is as follows:
 
  • One off onsite visit = £300 + VAT
  • Regular Support of at least 6 days a year = £260 + VAT (per day)
  • Regular Support of at least 12 days a year = £240 + VAT (per day)
 
When you are comparing the costs of IT Support please be careful to ensure you are comparing a service that is like for like. We know you can get cheaper IT support however we believe our Support will work out more cost effective due to the amount of work we can accomplish within one day. Being a small company we are able to provide exceptional customer service and arrange visits with no or little paperwork.
 
Based in Saddleworth (within Oldham LEA) we are able to cover the local area including the following LEAs:
  Oldham Trafford Kirklees
  Tameside Bury Derbyshire (north only)
  Stockport Rochdale  
  Manchester Calderdale  
 
If you are not located within any of these LEAs and you would like to discuss your requirements please contact us as we may still be able to assist you however a small additional charge to cover travelling may apply.
